(First...do no harm)

A:

Hi, Angel~ How low is low impact? I agree that yoga is great for most people...but if yoga movement is still too painful, he could lay on the floor or the bed so his arms are somewhat supported and then very gently do some basic exercises until he is able to do more. A large exercise ball is also very low impact. It helps to build the inner core similar to yoga, if you want to address the stomach muscles. These balls can be purchased at discount stores and sometimes have a video or exercise booklets enclosed in the box that the ball comes in. Of course, the first question is why is he in pain? Was he injured or is his body not able to rebuild for some reason? If his body needs help, I can recommend a product that has been helping my muscle pain. It is all natural and safe and encourages the body's own stem cells to circulate to help replace dysfunctional cells. It is called StemEnhance and you can see a video about it and order at: http://visitweb.stemtechbiz.com . Also I use a pure therapeutic-grade essential oil called, "PanAway" that works great for me when I have muscle pain...I wouldn't be without it and carry it everywhere I go. I'm sharing information about this at: http://NurturingLife.younglivingworld.com . I also find massage to be very helpful, especially when you use the PanAway essential oil with the massage. Massage helps to increase circulation which also helps the muscles to heal. I hope this helps. Kind Regards.
