A:Any number of things could be wrong. Will it start and stay running at an idle? Will it start and then stall? If it will idle, is there a check engine light on? "Lack of power" and "will not run" are two very different things. Try putting gas in first just because it obviously needs it anyway. A scanner will do no good if it wont run at all. Please provide more specific symtoms.
