Low engine power

My 2004 Nissan Altima will start but does not have enough power to run.  It has been parked for almost 2 months as my daughter is out of the country. The gas indicator is just before the empty line.  Could this be the reason of the lack of power?

Any number of things could be wrong. Will it start and stay running at an idle? Will it start and then stall? If it will idle, is there a check engine light on? "Lack of power" and "will not run" are two very different things. Try putting gas in first just because it obviously needs it anyway. A scanner will do no good if it wont run at all. Please provide more specific symtoms.
