Low compression in 7.3 diesel

I have a Ford 350 Super Duty F350 Super Duty 7.3 diesel engine with low compression, about 250-280, needs to be 400.  What can I do short of a new engine to improve this?  Are there any additives that may help or any other ideas?  I have about 225,000 miles on the truck and otherwise it runs great!  Thank you in advance
