Low Sperm Motility!

My Husband is 37 years old and his SA showed he has low sperm motility. So I am wondering is there any vitamins or minerals or medications that can help a male to become more fertile or boost up his sperm count and motility? Thanks!

7 thumbs up

there are a few things that can cause a low sperm motility:smoking, alcohol, not having a healthy diet and not to make a proper exercises.

If your husband live an health life I can only advise you to visit your family doctor.

There are also other factors besides vitamins, minerals, etc. It could also be daily habits. For one heat can kill sperm, so try telling your husband to take a cooler shower, not wear boxers or anything to bed, and not wear tighty whities.
