Avoid too much sugar and oil in your meals.

Avoid frying food, instead bake, boil, barbecue. Remove the skin of meats, buy only the lean meats, no fat at all. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. No junk foods like hamburger, french fries, from McDonalds etc.
