Low AFP results

I had my AFP results come back abnormally low. I know that there are false positives but mine came back 1:15 which is extremely low! This means my baby has a 7% chance of having Down's syndrome or Trisomy 18( I think). Does this mean my baby has something wrong? Has anyone had numbers this low and had normal babies or vice versa?
