What is my best resource for finding low-cost help ...

What is my best resource for finding low-cost help for depression in St. Cloud, Minnesota?   I have been on various antidepressants prescribed by my MD but they are not doing the trick.   I have a $10,000 deductible on my health insurance.

Are you sure you have a $10,000 deductible on your insurance.  That seems out of the realm.  Contact your insurance company to check this out.  Did you mean you have a $1,000 deductible?  Contact your county hospital and they will be able to direct you to counseling agencies that work on a sliding scale fee.
