Well the first step I suppose would be to meet in person. Either one of you going to visit the other, or planning on meeting halfway somewhere. Lots of people these days meet online. You just have to be willing to put in the extra effort that comes with starting a relationship over distance. The thing is that you never know ... he could be the one!
