I think you need to talk to her and first try to get her not to hate you.  Apologize for whatever you did, and try to make it up to her.  Tell her you have changed, and show her you have changed.  It might work and it might not.  If she agrees to be friends with you, then keep the relationship at a friendship level for a while, at least until she trusts you and you're sure she still doesn't hold things against you from the past.

Find another girl. One you have something in common with, same or similar tastes. Stop beating up on yourself. There is a girl out there looking for you.

Move on and find another girl! There are so many out there, it's not worth trying to convince this particular one to like you. Good luck!
