On my Dell computer, How can I retrieve files deleted from my recycle bin.

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.
If they are in the RB, select them and click on restore. If not (meaning that you have emptied the RB), there are programs that will allow you to get them back if they have not been written over. Recuva is a free down load and works well.

If you already cleared out your recycle bin, then they are deleted for good on your hard drive. Sorry.

I don't believe you can once you've emptied your recycle bin. This clears them off of your hard drive.
