Lost phatnote files

My pda crashed recentily and I lost my Pocket informant & phatnote files. I have reinstalled Informant and re-synced with my desktop and no problem with my files. The question is: If I reload Phatnotes will my phatnote files still be retrievable by re-syncing? I can't seem to see them on my desktop.
