The strangest memory loss that I have is that I will know who a person is when I am speaking to them on the phone, or hear their voice. But when I see the person I will have no memory as to who they are.
Has any else experenced this type of memory loss..... not remembering a person by what they look like..... but remembering them when you hear their voice?
I was in a car accident and was told that I have damage to both of my inner ears and had a concussion. Since the accident I have balance, memory & vision problems. I have a general memory loss regarding events that happened before the accident and in the present also.
