Loss of energy during sex.............

I am 44 yrs old & our sex life is good. In recent times I am using different types of condoms to develop interest in our sex life. As my self & my wife want to enjoy more by delaying ejaculation, sometimes I am using xtra time condoms but due to the xtra time my energy is getting exausted before ejaculation though we are really enjoying the extra time while having sex. Please advise how to keep-up the energy level till the ejaculation.

Hi,

There are two answers to this question. The first is that it seems as if you are merely sexually unfit. Sex is physical and requires a certain degree of fitness to keep up. You need to continue in your "training" and soon you will accomplish much more.

The second is that often our bodies no longer contain the nutrients that we need to sustain such prolonged action. Try using pills that will help to enhance blood flow and supply the vital nutrients needed.

Home improvement projects, "Get'er done."

When was the last time that you've had a check-up? Could be more to it than nutrition.
