Losing weight

A couple of months ago, I started a diet. Things went pretty well. I've shed a few kgs off. Now, it's much harder to keep losing them. What shall I do?

After following any diet or weight loss it is common to hit a plateau. To begin losing again simply adjust your diet and exercise regimen and you should be back on track. Congratulations on your weight loss.

Good luck and best wishes.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
The process is not linear (every week the same weight loss).... always the results are much more pronounced at the beginning and much slower later on.....  The body is simply getting used to your new diet.....  All you have to do is be patient and follow your diet routine..... it will be slower now, but it will work..... The key words are Patience and Consistency.
Best regards,

Your metabolism slowed down!  Speed up your metabolism and the easiest to do that is to find the food that has a lot of fiber and of course exercise as much as you can!

It's all about variety in diet and exercise...vary your meals and workout periodically to keep the body 'guessing'.

But like anything - expect low and down period...nothing is perfect..

And as long as you're eating healthy and staying active  - you have a healthy body!
