It took you 2 years to put up that weight, so it's not going to go away right away, it takes time and effort (how sad...)
Don't go crazy on dieting, just take out of your diet foods that are fattening and have no health benefit, like desserts and sugar and white bread and so on.try to eat a little less on the portions.
Also, if you can, try doing yoga a couple of times a week, for me that was more helpful then aerobic exercise.
