Losing weight


I eat pretty well and power walk 3-5 times a week but I have been unable to lose the extra weight I've put on in the last 2 years. Any suggestions?

In order to lose weight you need to cut the amount of calories that you are consuming. Right now you are most likely eating and exercising enough to maintain your current weight. Cut your portion sizes down and you should see a difference soon. Good luck.

It took you 2 years to put up that weight, so it's not going to go away right away, it takes time and effort (how sad...)

Don't go crazy on dieting, just take out of your diet foods that are fattening and have no  health benefit, like desserts and sugar and white bread and so on.try to eat a little less on the portions.

Also, if you can, try doing yoga a couple of times a week, for me that was more helpful then aerobic exercise.
