A:I have had the same problem...I started to lose weight by cutting portions, and only eating foods I love. If you hate carrots & celery, don't eat it! If you love pasta, eat a small portion. It will still be there tomorrow & the next day, it's not the last time you'll ever it it. That's how I lost the x-tra lbs. & kept it off for 7 yrs now. (plus I walk 2 miles a day with my dog...that helps)
