How to Lose Stomach Fat

Alright, well I am looking for exercises to lose a little stomach fat.  I heard that Crunches aren't really good because they push the fat on your skin outward, at least according to Andy at the profilesblog post about Lose Stomach Fat

 

Anyway any exercise recommendations would be great.

You probably heard this before, but maintaining a calorie deficit is the only way to lose fat. It take a 3500 calorie deficit to burn a pound of body fat.

Cardio + weight training and monitor your caloric intake. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you are taking in, eat clean. Crunches will help your muscles but you need to do cardio and weight training to boost your metabolism and burn the fat. Running and interval training is one of the fastest ways to drop pounds but you also need to mix weight training to help build and maintain muscle.

Hello

You can do abdominal exercises all day long, but they will NOT remove the stomach fat. The ab exercises will just build-up the muscle under the fat. The only way to melt the fat off is by doing vigorous, cardio exercise such as running several times/week. Of course, diet is also very important.  If you hate to run then you might want to try fast walking on a steep incline using a treadmill.  It really burns the calories.  Once you get into decent shape, try interval training to really speed up your progress.

don't waste time on crunches. you need a combo of cardio and weights. try these fat loss workouts, they are very fun and they will give you a flat stomach

You have to increase your metabolism naturally, it's the best way for natural weight loss.
