I'm not sure if it's possible to lose 10 lbs in one week, but you will lose maybe 5-6 if you do not have any carbs at all, none for one week. Drink water, 4-5 glasses a day, or however many you desire. Eat veggies only, as many as you want, but not the ones with carbs, i.e., potatoes. Eggwhites, they come in different flavors, check it out. They come in a small or large carton. You can eat as much as you want of that. Make a fruit salad = cut up 1 pear, 1 apple, grapes, tangerine/orange, even pineapple, and toss in some of that juice into the fruit salad, but not a whole lot.
