If your someone that eats LOTS of Junk food or drinks very Sugary drinks then swich to water fast....You Metabolism Adjust itself to how much calories you eat. Lets say 2,500 calories a day....your metabolism burns 2,500 calories...wich in this case is bad. Justswicth to healthy stuuf and then your metabolism will burn all the fat, then it will want to burn more, it will start burning you
