Life is too short so put on your party pants and start living!!!!!

i have actually done it! It,s called the odd and even day diet and it works for short term. On the even days of the week you have fresh fruit raw, and for lunch and dinner one can  i believe it,s 6oz. of albacore tuna right out the can,and you drink one gallon of water daily. The friut is limited to one large apple and a banana, or half cantelope and one tangerine.Now the same tuna on odd days except you incorporate fresh veggies, for ex: raw broccoli half cup, and 4 stalks celery , everything else the same. The kicker is walk for one mile daily medium pace , believe me the 10 pounds will come off, I did it for 4 months and lost 43 pounds, and I kept it off for 11 years.

Live & Let Live

I'm not sure if it's possible to lose 10 lbs in one week, but you will lose maybe 5-6 if you do not have any carbs at all, none for one week.  Drink water, 4-5 glasses a day, or however many you desire.  Eat veggies only, as many as you want, but not the ones with carbs, i.e., potatoes.  Eggwhites, they come in different flavors, check it out.  They come in a small or large carton.  You can eat as much as you want of that.  Make a fruit salad = cut up 1 pear, 1 apple, grapes, tangerine/orange, even pineapple, and toss in some of that juice into the fruit salad, but not a whole lot.  If  you do this, please let me know how you're doing.  Thanks!

Colon cleanse and/or drink 8 -8 oz glasses of water daily, walk briskly for 1/2 - 1 hr daily, intake low-fat protein servings 2X daily with fresh vegetables and eliminate carbs (breads, pastas, starches and sweets) that week.  You will lose at least 10 pounds within the week.

drink water and eat al slice of fruit cake 3x a day and rest as much as you can. please note you will lose and not be hungry at all.

just excercise and don't go on a diet. You can lose ten pounds in about three days by doing that.

An easy way, is ! to not go out(for dinner) make chicken,(chicken is good for you) Rice instead of potatoes, a vegetable, and if you like fries, instead of making potatoes,use sweet potaoes, cover them with brown sugar, and BAKE them. also, dont take seconds, it makes a big difference. Godd luck!
