If your someone that eats LOTS of Junk food or drinks very Sugary drinks then swich to water fast....You Metabolism Adjust itself to how much calories you eat. Lets say 2,500 calories a day....your metabolism burns 2,500 calories...wich in this case is bad. Justswicth to healthy stuuf and then your metabolism will burn all the fat, then it will want to burn more, it will start burning you

Basically 3500 calories equals to 1 lbs. You must realize that by doing nothing you burn from 1700 to 2100 calories a day if you weigh 120-170lbs respectivly. Therefore if your daily food intake is 2000 calories you must somehow burn 5300-5700 calories a day and thats how you can loose 10 lbs a week. Besides it is not healthy to loose 10 lbs in one week. I advise 2 lbs in one week. (Jogging 1 mile equals to 100 calories burned.) This is the easiest way i can explain this.

drink diet beer.  it helps you to pee off the excess water in your system.  get a haircut.  sit in a steam room if available.

I don't know that there is any healthy way to do it, but I have heard that vasting or liquid diets are effective.

www.myfirstforwomen.com this link can give you a diet called "raw foods" also try www.enzymedica.com let me know if you try this i would like to but dont have the ability to commit to a diet of any sort i actually ran across this today while reading a magazine sounds interesting thoughif you could get your hands on the magazine it really has a lot of options for weight loss i drank water and exercised for a week with barely a morsel of food and lost six pounds but i know it will come back so i would like to hear from you if you choose to try this
