I USED THIS 3 DAY DIET. IT WORKED GREAT FOR ME. I HOPE THIS HELPS!. Laughing

The 3 Day Diet meal plan:

Day 1

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

1/2 grapefruit or juice

1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Lunch

1/2 cup tuna

1 piece toast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

Dinner

3 ounces any lean meat or chicken

1 cup green beans

1 cup carrots

1 apple

1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

1 egg

1/2 banana

1 piece toast

Lunch

1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

8 regular saltine crackers

Dinner

2 beef franks

1 cup broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

5 regular saltine crackers

1 ounce cheddar cheese

1 apple

Lunch

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

1 boiled egg

1 piece toast

Dinner

1 cup tuna

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup melon

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

In addition to its strict daily food prescription, dieters drink 4 cups of water or noncaloric drinks daily.

DONT SUBSTITUTE ANYTHING! ONLY USE SALT AND PEPPER IF DESIRED.

jeez!!what is wrong with ppl....why put yourself through that!! i mean i have no room to talk bc i did that and was in the hospital for a month and and i had to go to a treatment center for a whole year so my advice dont tell other ppl to do stupid things like you are ok

You can't lose 10 pounds that fast in a healthy way. Maybe you've seen it on The Biggest Loser, only because they get around 4-6 hours of vigorous exercise non-stop everyday, which isn't exactly a good idea.

If you want to lose 10 pounds in a quick but healthy way, try cutting down on your carbs to no more than 30 grams a day. Tone all your muscles with weights or dumbells (this burns fat more quickly), drink one glass of water before and after each meal, and eat portion sizes. We all know it's hard sometimes, but just remember this: it takes 20 minutes for your brain to recognize how much food is in your body. Hope I've helped!

Try cutting out almost ALL sodium (this hides in juices, sodas, and almost all of your food) and try taking something like diurex, which will cause you to drop water weight. Make sure that in the mean time, you're staying hydrated and whenever possible, just drop and do a few push-ups, which will make your arms look toned instead of soft, which happens anytime you drop weight quikly. This is not healthy to do for any extended period of time, but if there is a special event you're prepping for, this should do the trick.

ONE LAST THING.. Do not blow your diet the night before your event! You will see every tequila shot you took the night before so don't blow it at the last second!!!

hey just check out on your diet and do some excersize daily or atleast some physical work or simply walk for an hour a day atleast
