40 thumbs up

losing 25 pounds in a month will put you in a serious health risk, running is a good way to lose weight but you need to take in less calories than you burn to lose wieght and to lose that much weight in such a short time you would need to eat very little. try the running, but also eating lots of fruit and vegetables and staying away from starches and carbo loaded food like pasta and breads. instead of red meat eat fish or chicken. these meats are leaner and still very healthy. i'de also see your doctor about this because you could really hurt yourself losing that much weight in that short of a time.

Jasmine Lee

thank you for the advice. i really apprecitate it.

im 16 years old and i have lost a lot of weight before, last summer i weighed 155 (im 5'4 in a half or now 5'5) lost 13-15 pounds by only eatting Eatting Right's or Lean cuisine's, I now weigh (it veries..143-141) i want to weigh 125-120 because everyone calls me fat and i want to make a huge change when school starts. i know it may sound like im only doing this because im being teased but im tired of being the fat girl, i want to be confident and not worry about what i look like in the moring or worry if fat rolls are showing.
