(Long one) Confused about how to ask...

Okay, relationship help needed here.
Ivenever really been with a guy who I could call my *boyfriend*. Ive been with a guy who was a guy I had sex with while he plaed mind games, and i was with a guy who pretty much jumped from firstdate to lets get married.

So I dont know how to play thefield. This is all new to me.

What i need help with:

Ive been chatting with this one guy since earlier this year (round march or so), and I liked him from the start. I have no idea what he thinks of me. Last week on my bday, we had planned the week before that i'd go tohis place and we'd have a movie marathon. (No it wasnt cuz it was my birthday, started as a joke, hes not up to date on movies).

Then as we watched themovies we kinda drifted towards eachother on thecouch, i liked that. Then he leaned over, and kissed me. Yes, i admit that the whole night i had hoped he would do something like that, but it still shocked me. Ended up fooling around a little bit and later having to restart the movie having missed much of it. lol

My thing is, other than that night, he's never said or done anything. Even now hasnt said anything, I want to ask if he wants something more than friendship, or if that was a one time thing, or spur of the moment...But dont want to ruin any thing by asking/talking about it. Im a cautious person by nature, because when asking ANYTHING to a guy, its blown up in my face, even if it was *Want to do something this weekend?*

So, how can i find out if he wants to keep it as it is, or something more, without directly asking? are there signs? anything?

You have two choices, you either sit back and wait and see if he makes another move or you make sure you make it clear to him that you want something.  If you do not want to come out with it directly then just make sure he knows you are interested.  Call me, flirt with him and hopefully he will get the message.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by your comment below, but if it means what I think it means, I would have interperted that as "directly asking" so invite him back for another movie. If he accepts your invitation you don't need to ask anything, just keep inviting him back. If he refuses your invitation, you can reasonably assume it was a one time thing and he's not interested in a relationship.

Different guys like different things in girls and personally I like uninhibited girls so I know I'd have been interested. Best of luck and I hope he becomes the man of your dreams.

Don't stress it- First of all you should be handling your own business and not spend you time worrying about what he's thinking. If it's worth your time, he will bring it up.
