They both are already millionaires. Mary Jo probably deserves the right to earn millions after what her husband and Amy did to her. Amy on the other hand should not have the right to make millions after what she did.

Someone that attempts to commit murder should never be able to profit from their crime. But we as Americans allow this by reveling in the dirty sordid affairs of others. 

If you really read the news report, you would see that Amy has some mental issues to deal with.
