Is there a minimum age for EU passport holder traveling unaccompanied to the USA?
And is it true that a Lithuanian passport holder qualifies for the visa waiver program?

I'm not aware of any of this but I'm guessing you can ask the American consulate in your country and they will have the answers. Good luck.
