Lip shaping

Hi

I am from trivandrum. have problem with the shape of my lips. As I laugh, my upper teeth are not displayed but the lower teeth only. Threfore my laugh becomes unpleasant. Both the lips need to be shaped. Can u pls suggest the right treatment and the cost of it and the nearby hospital for me? really I am mentally dissatisfied 4 yrs as I am not able to  laugh sincerely.
