During winter my lips keep on cracking up I tried many kinds of lip balms , lip revitalizers and different kind of ointments. After using them I feel like I am better off. I don't know what to do any suggestions .
There is a line of products made from hemp, which is one of nature's best moisturizers....they have great lip balms. And chapstick works great for me too, you could also try cocoa butter which is also a great moisturizer. You should try to aim for more organic, natural lip moisturizers. You probably irritated your lips trying those different kinds of treatments and ointments.

I get the best results with Chap stick.
The best thing you can do, in my opinion, is to stay hydrated. You may need to drink more water/sports drinks in cold weather to do that. However, I know that this can be difficult sometimes, and doesn't always help.
When drinking liquids doesn't work, I have two lip balms that are effective for me: Labello and Burt's Bees. (Labello is made in Germany, while Burt's Bees is from the US. I'm not sure which you're more likely to find in Israel.)

Take Vitamin E gel capsules and cut one open and apply to your lips. It will soften lips and also give it a nice, glossy look.
