Do you find LinkedIn is better than Facebook for networking?
I think Linkedin has a different purpose, facebook is more compatible and can be used for all kind of networking including job offers.
Just because I'm a girl, doesn't mean I don't know about IT training or even Network+ training .
Linkedin is a great social tool for networking for business. Facebook is more all around social in my opinion.
I would say Facebook is Social and Business networking and Linked In is Business networking. Linked In has more policies to limit and control how and who you network with and is more career focused and useful for job hunters.

I agree with Raagroup. If you are looking to network for business LinkedIn is the way to go, if you are just looking to make new friends stick with Facebook.
