Why should she pay these guys anyway? They didn't do anything to stop her from driving...

I highly doubt anything will come of this lawsuit. To be perfectly honest, if they were stupid enough to get into the car with her, knowing she had too much to drink, they don't deserve a dime.

I think that it's absurd that these guys are suing her now. It has been awhile since the actual act occured. Which makes it pretty obvious that these guys are just after money. If they really felt as if their lives had been in danger, they would have voiced this during the time of the incident and sued her then. I don't think that she should have to pay them. Don't get me wrong, I am not condoning her actions, but I do not think that they have a right, to now, state that they felt endangered and require compensation.
