Lincoln would have been proud

Robinhood, I'm glad you believe he's a good loving husband, but I"m not paying him for that job.  Is he a good president?  Will he pull the country out of the financial situation we're in before he bankrupts America.  Will he try to be a good guy and talk to our enemies while they plot to attack us or our friends.  Let's give him time to prove his worth and then pass judgement on hero status.

    I think that you're calling this man a HERO prematurely.  I would not consider him a hero the way he spends the taxpayers's money and leading this country into bankcruptcy and  socialism.

    People who voted for him are either blind, ignorant or just plain ignoring what he's doing to this country.  It's time to wake up and stop the man from getting this country into deep  trouble.

    Just because Obama shows he loves his wife, he becomes your hero?  If you see all the other ordinary men showing they love their wives, will you consider them as heroes too?  You have a shallow criteria for heroism. 

     Don't be blinded by this smooth talker.  Look at what he's doing to this country, don't you see where we as a nation is heading???????  We, as a people  and a country, are doomed economically and financially.

Yup, thumbs up to these answers above. What? Another smokescreen not that the banners that wave change aren't there anymore? I don't care who this man loves or how he loves her. I didn't vote for him because I thought he was an actor who belonged in Hollywood. Found out he wouldn't have been good at that though because I don't see how he'de remember his lines. I try to stay away from political questions now because of my disgust and only answered it because someone I like asked me into it.

Good morning all and thanks for the invite Lady.

   Lincoln is rolling over in his grave. I don't think this is anything close to what he would look at as being a "hero". I could care less how much he loves his wife, I am more interested in how much he "loves" his country and is willing to do what needs to be done to make it better. So far, I think he is failing miserably! I would give him a better grade if I thought he was doing what was best for the country and not himself. It's all about him you know. He is arrogant, smug and condesending and even has the liberals fooled. That's what he is best at, "fooling people". Everything he does goes totally against what has been proven to work. His followers are only interested in their political careers and getting re-elected, like him. I think he has the "left" mesmerized with his "bait and switch" tactics.

   One example would be: He won't taise taxes on 95% of the people. Ok, I see  13.00 a week less taken from my paycheck. But, Cigarettes, soda-pop, alcohol, and just about everything else will be taxed. So, where is the break? Heating oil, fuel, gasoline, everything that ordinary people use daily will be taxed through V.A.T.

   Do the math, you can't spend trillions of dollars and not tax people for the money, unless you print more of it, and that's a whole other story.

   Yet a whole other story too, is that he has gone around the world blaming his own country for the problems of the world. Like DBLady states, "wake-up" America. This guy is the biggest problem America has ever seen. Maybe he needs a mistress.

   I consider myself a average guy, I saw right through him from the start. You thought Bush was bad..........Just wait, you ain't seen nothing yet!
