If I give you a billion rand, what will you do ...

Hi,

    I will have a trust fund to send poor, intelligent, well-deserving kids to college so they will be self sufficient and will be able to contribute positively to any society.  We don't need to have people depending on the government because  of ignorance.

A billion...Wow well after taxes I would 1st Pay off all debts/loans/house my parents, brother, sister and myself owes. Then open joint Accounts with each member of my family. Then Put good amount into high interest savings accounts. Then would invest the rest into real estate or other investment ventures like start my own businesses. Also after all that is set I would help those in need or donate to certain charities, be a philatrophist. I would then splurge on certain luxuries/wants, a new car, vacation (since I never really took one and use all my days @ work...which won't really matter because I will eventually leave my job) and take my girlfriend on a shoe shopping spree...lol Basically thats what i would do with a billion.

First of all, what the hell is a rand?! lol 

I would give 90% to medical research.  That would leave me with 15 million dollars.  I would buy a nice home, a nice car, and have the most amazing Christmas of my life!!!
