printer card transfer monitor hs encountered a problem and needs to close. Lexmark x6575 this error message comes up when i try using productivity studio and when i use the scan button on printer itself. HELP!
Its the Windows firewall. My 6570 was doing the same thing.
Got to firewall settings, click firewall, add all programs to have internet access under exceptions..including lexmark suite. Click okay. Even if you disable the windows firewall, I use CA, the lights will still be green, but off on the settings page. I searched Windows help and it explains why.
This is not an answer i am having the same problems, i went and did what it says and still same problem
