This Book is Great! I started by eating until I was full with foods from all of the food groups, whenever I was hungry, didn't even matter how often and didn't matter how many calories. You can do this until all your hunger cravings are gone. Then, you can still eat until full, but only at mealtimes.
You can eat all the lean red meat you want, all the unprocessed starchy carbs and the sweetest fresh fruits and fruit smoothies you want, and including all the veggies and salads you want.
The foods and recipes cause your blood sugar to stabilize, which then forces you to start feeling less and less hungry with each day that passes. Thus, you begin to eat less and less, consume fewer and fewer calories and lose all the weight you want.
Its kinda crazy, but it works!! There are about 70 recipes, a 14-Day Meal Plan, a chapter on how to eat out. a chapter on how to satisfy your cravings and even a complete grocery shopping guide list.
Plus there is a free website to answer your questions and to get new recipes and new foods. I think it rocks and so does one of my friends who tried it with me.
