Legitimate timeshare re-sale ...

Does anyone know of a legitimate timeshare re-sale company?  How do I check references when it is so hard to know if the company is for real?  How can I avoid the scams?

There are agencies out there who will legitimately "advertise" your timeshare, but whether or not they actually sell it is another issue.  The first thing to ask is if they are licensed and bonded.  Know going in that the price they ask for the sale is all the money they are going to make and the money goes for advertising so the question that needs to be asked is how aggressive are they going to be in selling your timeshare once they have their money.  There is no incentive to sell.  My advice is find a buyer yourself.

Timeshare Resale industry has been flooded with scams. SO be very careful in engaging in a timeshare resale deal. I suggest you go for Timeshare Relief for a legitimate timeshare transfer to finally get rid of your unwanted timeshare.

Currently, there are numerous companies claiming to help you get rid of your timeshare. But beware. A number of these are nothing but scams. I recommend you work it with the Transfer Smart to get rid of your timeshare. This company has the expertise and credibility in freeing families of the obligation of their Timeshare contracts.

Yes there are many timeshare listing companies out there. If your transfer, you have to pay them basically to give them your property. If you list, your on board with over 2.7 million others that have theirs listed. Find yourself a good marketing company with a good BBB rating. I did my homework, went through numberous companies. The best was ELite TimeShares, it took them about 2 months, but they were there every step of the way. Huge help and quick sale!! 866-926-5150 is their number, tell them Jerry Rhoades sent you for 10% off.
