We just bought a house, our neighbor seemed very nice. they have a teen age son about 15 to 16 who is openly nude out side on there property. He plays basket ball in the back yard ,which if we are out in the back he is in direct view. It upsets my wife. We ask the neighbors about this. They said this has been going on for several years. I confronted the boy an ask him to please put some pants on. He was very nice an ask us to please take off our cloths. His parents said just because we moved in did not mean they needed to change there life style. Is this open nudity legal? What should I consider doing? Or just live with it.
