Leg weakness/fatiqued

I wanted to know what you people think I could be getting these symptoms from I've been thinking through the potential reasons for this which isn't good usually for me because I tend to think the worst of things (have mild hypochondria.) So I just wanted to know what you people out there think could be causing this. I tend to not get much sleep through the first 4 days of each school week. So I'm thinking this could be the root of my problems and hopefully it hasn't done any damage to body already because, I read awhile ago that not getting enough sleep each night could lower your immunity to diseases such as cancer and other related viruses.

Definitely sounds like a psychological problem. Check your diet as well, Fatigue and weakness are symptoms of lack in iron.

You should try to relax at least one hour before going to sleep; no exercise; no food; no homework; no TV. Sit in a darkened room for that hour and listen to soft music and perhaps drink some warm milk.

The reason you ca't sleep is most likely that you are not active enough during the day. Also if you sleep in during the mornings it can prevent sleep the following night, Be more active during the day, maybe take a gym course, avoid any coffee or Coke a Cola  after 4.00PM in the day and relax before bed by reading a good book. I find this helps me. Avoid sugar during the evening as this makes one hyper. More excercise such as treadmill will help strengthen the legs also.

Be very careful... I suffered from the same symptoms a few years back. Then suddenly, I went blind in 1 eye. After getting an MRI, my opthamalogist told me I have MS. Leg weakness is one of the major symptoms. Hope you well.

I know how it feels to not be able to sleep well before school.  There are a lot of things that stress out a student... whether it's something academic or social that you're worried about or thinking about.  Sometimes people start to think about things when they lay down to go to bed.  I would recommend doing something that will help you to relax before going to sleep.  Maybe playing some relaxing music, maybe a cup of herbal tea.  These things can help you in a healthy and natural way to eliminate this problem of not being able to fall asleep and not getting enough sleep.
