Hi gute,

I agree with Annette that  w3schools css tutorial  is a good place to start.
Then you might want to visit quirksmode  , an excellent reference for css and much more.
a good free css editor can help you learn css properties  - e.g. topStyle lite.

 Then , if you are brave enough, have a look at some resources provided by the folks who wrote the spec .
