If I am up early, I am going to get more than just your worms.

Hello, you have one of two things going on. Either the float is too high and the water is running into the overflow tube. If so, then their is a screw to adjust the water level. However, since yours is running about only every 15 min., I would replace the flapper in the toilet tank. This is a very inexpensive fix and easy to do. Take off the old rubber flapper and replace with a new one, no tools required.

Sounds like you need to rebuild the tank. Lowes or Home Depot has a rebuild kit for under $20. Quiet simple if you have any handy skills, directions are in box. Be Sure you TURN OFF water supply before you start to take it apart. I use a wet/dry vac to remove any water left after I dip out the tank. Good Luck
