Layered fruited cheesecake

I had a wonderful cheesecake at the Golden Pear Cafe in the Stonewall Kitchen store in York, Maine.  I can't recall the name of the cheesecake but it had like five layers of things and it was topped with a cake mixture. We had it on Sunday the 8th of June this year.  Does anyone know the name of this cheesecake. Thank you, Irene

Hi Irene

Stonewall Kitchen have a website with lots of their recipes, have a look here.  If you do not find it there, they have a customer services number that you can try.  It sounds delicious!
