I have been diabled since 1994 at 39YRS OLD 4 YRS INTO A PROFESSIONAL CAREER AFTER WORKING ALL MY LIFE,12-15 PAPER ROUTE, 16 A DELI. aFTER HS I WAS TOLD TO WORK TO HELP OUT SO MY FATHERS INVENTION CAN BECOME A REALITY WHICH WOULD MAKE US RICH AND THEN WE WOULD BE HAPPY. tHE REALITY WAS MY DAD DID NOT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. AS MY SIBLINGS DID TOO EXCEPT THE 2 YOUNGEST BOYS. Fast Forward they asked me to come down to Florida's hospital to make it easy for them. While I was in the hosp. He shutdown my apt. I took care of my Mom thru cancer and AD never mind the sever health problems I had and today are worse. Yet since 1994 my father has claimed me on his taxes until my dad 84 meet a 70 women that has more red flags than china .after my mom died 2003he had his lawyers send me a different letter of distribution from my moms estate after probate. He told me her will was missing, or stolen and his too. in Fl. you need the original signed will he said he had it at home. I was the last to sign, he called me and when I told him I wanted to see how it came to that,he threatened me with going to court. I just want to know what is what , Now he pays all the bills for this gold digger, he doesn't need to claim me. Actually I am not sure. But after 15 yrs of claiming me, and paying for one, my medical bill now of $500. a month just for medicine, he no longer does. As they live in Fl. homes built for 1 million, in Jan promised me a job so I could maybe get off SSDI and make a salary like my younger sister close to 200,000. a yr., she who lives in NY tried to O.D. in 1987 so he gave her a p/t job to keep her near. I graduate with a 3.8 pad in Science. He used to pay for educational classes, now that I need to take continuing Ed. on-line he says he doesn't have.But he still owns his 100,000.00 BMW.How can a father that has claimed me and helped me after taking care of my mother for 9 yrs in Fl. just Stop . Especially being disabled?
