Yes, you can in several countries, howevere, u need to first pass the Bar of that jurisdiction- California you can write the bar without any US legal education, UK also allows for foreign trained attorneys to write the QLTT to be enrolled as a Solicitor or Barrister, Common law provinces in Canada decide on a case by case basis- the application process requires for submission of all documents in English for evaluation along with a non-refundable fee.
Additionally, several states in the US have certification for a Foreign Legal consultant- but that limits you to practice the law of ur home jurisdiction and with the association of a local counsel. Hope this helps!
