Sounds to me you might be pregnant. Sometimes if you are pregnant, the pregnancy tests will not work until you are a little further along. If the discharge you are having is a brownish color and is lite, unlike your period, this happens when you are early in your pregnancy. This happened to me when I found out I was pregnant and the pregnancy test did not show up positive for a week or two. I could be wrong but sounds to me like you might be growing a little baby.
