I would suggest something light like an eggwhite omelet with vegetables and a piece of whole wheat toast. You can also do a scramble or grill some vegetables with a small portion of chicken or fish. You should eat something small both before and after a workout. I would suggest a piece of fruit (like an apple) before you work out and then you can grab a hard boiled egg or a yogurt for after to get some protein. I hope this helps. Good luck!
