A:It is laser reduction and not removal. I got it done 5 few years ago and it has not grown back. I got there are least once a year for a touch up to target somehing like 10 hairs that have grown back. Results vary based on skin color, hair type, hormornal issues etc. But I say it works and I had about 8 sessions very 6-8 weeks- then i just got every year for a touch up.
