I purchased a used dell inspirion 4100 laptop and everytime I power it on I get a Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Also all my icons are gone and my start button. What do I do ??? HELP
Hello, A few questions, so I'll know where to aim. Did it work before and did you install anything before the problem had started? Do you get the same error on safe mode? (Repeatedly click F8 on startup and choose safe mode).
