Lame Emoticons

Yedda, my dear, Can you please get some decent emoticons?  I love to use them but the ones available here are really lame.

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

Please, no.

Emoticons are the nonverbal equivalent of textspeak. Annoying as all get out and a shortcut for those unable to communicate their thoughts and emotions via properly spelled words.

No offense meant to you, but I cannot stand the things and use them on rare occasions, only.

Try using the free software from SweetIM.com .  It actually installs a toolbar that will appear as an extension of your browser so you can easily post emoticons and other icons to any of your comments.  An additional FYI, SweetIM’s emoticons, smileys and pictures also work in other Web based applications including Instant Messengers, blogs and emails.
