".....the highest part of the dust of the world."This is part of v.26 chapter 8 of The Book of Proverbs written 3000 yrs. ago.It was not until the 70's that a researcher developed a photo lens so sensitive that it could detect dust in the atmosphere, which started the study of dust particulates in the atmosphere that extended to the highest part of earths atmosphere. Knowing that the author had no means by which he could reach the stratosphere to make this observation. Climbing to the top of a snow covered mountain was possible but at such a height is the naked eye capable of seeing dust particles suspended in the air? It makes me wonder because to make a statement as this there would have to be some visual incentive to be motivated to express such a notion.
