Knitting with Markers

I would like to know how to use markers (plastic ones).

Smile, it's contagious!

Am assuming you mean the small round rings.  While stitching across row, slide the marker onto needle where you need to mark the stitch and finish stitching row.  When you go across row in opposite direction stitch to marker then simply slide marker onto second needle in the same place as it was on the first needle and continue stitching. Work in this manner sliding marker until you no longer need it.  This saves using pins or colored threads to keep tract.

there are a variety of markers to use, I use small safety pins, or make your own.  But as said before, when pattern calls for you pm just put your marker in that spot.
